Sales is the lifeblood of any business. Especially in the early stage, 70% of your focus should be on: • Lead generation • Follow-ups • Closing Most businesses don’t have a growth problem. Having to focus on sales is something I wish I knew earlier, I didn’t know it was THAT important when I first started. I consistently had orders, but they were all over the place, no system, no repeatability and of course, no scaling.
