@antonycookes: I had a beautiful castelfranco lettuce. Immediately my head went to Caesar salad, but considered that too boring, so I then thought anchovy, being the best thing about the Caesar salad, must crop up in other cuisines. I landed on Thai as my flavour base. It should’ve worked better but the chicken was too sweet and curry-like. This was, nevertheless, a worthwhile experiment for me to adapt to a drier kind of chicken, perhaps when the barbecue comes out. 6/10 #castelfranco #thaifood #lemongrasschicken #salad
