I have a botw theory/headcanon that Link did actually die. I feel like they could only hint at it because of kids or smth but I feel like if he was just injured then the shrine would’ve been called the shrine of healing or smth. Calling it the shrine of resurrection is hinting at resurrecting a dead body, at least that’s what the word is mostly used for. I know the sword was blue, meant to indicate that he was alive but maybe it was just meaning that he was still the hero and the he was still the swords master. Idk, I just like it :)
