i realised when my girl was first born she was waking cause she was cold, as i was so worried about her overheating cause of all the talk about temperature guidelines, but you just learn your baby and what to dress them in and what suits them, just something to think about, you’re doing great x

She may be going through a growth spurt or a developmental leap. My daughter was the exact same. Everytime she is reaching a milestone she will sleep awful. There brain tends to focus on that over sleep, it’ll get better 🥰

People on here give false representations of babies. It is totally normal for a 7 week old baby to wake every 2/3 hours to feed and should not be sleep through the night. Your baby is the normal one

Try get her into the routine of eating 5-6 oz every 3 hours basically you wanna make sure she’s getting near 30oz during the day so by her last bottle (let’s say it’s 10pm) she’ll sleep through the night, also what helped me with both of mine of a swaddle so I’ll wrap mine up at 9 and he will be asleep till 7:30-8ish but that’s only because I make sure I feed him 30oz during the day x

Just try keep in the same routine that works. She’ll adjust more than likely. Kylo sleeps almost all night with maybe one feed and has done since he was about 3 month.. as for the bottles, Kylo was on about 6-7 at that point and then did drop down for a couple days, then after that it seemed to go up to 7-8 x

I used the prep machine for like 3 weeks and my little girl showed signs of belly ache. So I just used the kettle from then on. I’d also recommend like 1oz of boiled water in between feeds, that usually helps. Also consistent oz of bottles, switching the oz can give them belly ache x

Every time my daughter went through a growth spurt or a new developmental milestone she got constipated, so that might be why!

My daughter is 7 weeks too and honestly is the exact same!! she does not want to sleep at all, awake every 45 minutes to an hour, constantly wants to feed, struggles to poo, is absolutely terrible to burp and if I even think about putting her down she screams. My son was such an easy newborn so I’ve had the shock of my life this time round. However knowing how hard it is and feeling like I’m in the newborn trenches ever so slightly at the moment I hope you know your doing amazing and it will get easier 💗

Try some colief drops in her milk, when my daughter was a newborn she used to struggle to poo and this helped her so much and made her sleep 10 times better xx

my girl was struggling to poo as well and we stopped using the perfect prep machine and went back to kettle and it helped so much. our health visitor said the prep machine often won't get the "boiling" water hot enough so could be worth a try! xx

Definitely a growth spurt or development leap my baby boy was exactly the same would wake up every hour or two and either hungry or just want a hug hang in there she will start sleeping 4 hours at once when she gets to about 2 months or so ,now my baby boy sleeps from 11:30-6 then goes back to bed after a feed until 8:30ish and he’s now nearly 4 months,my baby boy didn’t poo for 6 days its more normall then you think aslong as she don’t show any signs of being uncomfortable or irritated just be ware as on day 7 he had a massive one all up his back, don’t worry about a routine as they will just sleep when they want atm until they kind of figure out about night time they will know when it’s night time at around 3 months and sleep better in the night then try ween them into a routine xx
