First question is way too vague. We don’t know if it’s angina chest pain or what

trick to the question is they were admitted so health history has already been obtained.. its in the wording. first line of action for the nurse would be oxygen because the other 2 need a doctors order so the answer is B

, so every client that present with chest pain, straight up oxygen administration ? Even if I’m using principle of ABC… it doesn’t still apply especially with no additional information… so D is most appropriate for the first question !!!! N Pls don’t piss me off….

Oxygen is a vasoconstrictor, giving oxygen to a patient with an adequate SpO2 is quite literally detrimental to PT outcome

D it say the client is having chest pain. Which action should you do first!! The least invasive would be obtain a 12 lead ECG. What is causing the chest pain, is he having an MI. He is not SOB so administering oxygen is out, obtain a full health hx can wait and Iv line can wait for now

ACTUALLY IT HAS BEEN PROVEN THAT GIVING OXYGEN TO EVERYONE IS MORE HARMFUL IF THEY DO NOT HAVE DECEASED OXYGENATION
