I'd probably trust that place more than I do most restaurants and it would probably taste better too and be cheaper. yeah I can understand the only downfall would be more traffic in a residential area but the world's changing and it sure beats paying $6,000 for renting a building. you can't really cry and complain about somebody trying to make a living.
