for me broth is the best part, I often leave noodles but never broth! noodles are the most unhealthy part!

In some cultures its rude to eat everything cause you're telling the Host you didn't make enough. When you leave a bit it's like saying you got full and couldn't finish. It's fun seeing how other cultures see how you do or don't finish the food.

I need a high salt diet. So the broth is never very salty for me. But if I’m ever in Japan I will at least keep in mind the rest of these. Especially the kaedama.
