@traineffectiveofficial: Luka Modric and a long ball that makes class look effortless 👀 The level that it takes to reach this amount of consistency and class in football is ruthless, with countless hours of effective work to perfect your technique. 😮‍💨 Often we get asked what’s the secret? 🤫 The reality is that there is no secret, you have to work hard, BUT you have to work smart too. It’s pointless just kicking a ball around, juggling to 1000, dribbling around the same cones, practicing free kicks… sometimes these can be good, but relying on these to level up is a dead end. 😵 You can’t just show up to training and go through the motions, you have to train effective. Because there is a HUGE difference between training and training with purpose 💪 You have to obsess over the small details, angle of the body, direction of the touch, timing the bounce, perfecting which part of the foot to use. Calculating the weight of your touch. Realizing why the ball should land where it should. This is effective training. 🤔 Modric is a legend, 39 , and still competing at the elite level, and that isn’t an accident. It happens because his standard in training never dropped. These are the players that take practice seriously when no one is watching. 🤝 If you want to close the gap with your competition begin asking yourself if you’re making every touch, pass and shot count, if you are obsessing enough… 🫵 Luckily for you, we are here to help you level up your game with the Train Effective App, where we can help you plan sessions based on your position, level of play and also physical ability, while also having resources to level up your mentality, and your tactical knowledge all available on one app 🙌 Credit 🎥: @Roberto Bianchi #footballtiktok #soccertiktok #modric
