Hi friend dont check your bmi the entire system sucks and will not accurately tell if your over weight, it doesnt account for muscle mass, or weight distribution.

Just a reminder bmi is very inaccurate and HAS been, do not worry if it says you’re overweight it doesn’t account for muscle mass, weight distribution, and other crucial factors.

Bmi is so toxic- it doesn't account for just different body types. If u don't feel comfortable in your body you can make the decision on if you want to change anything without a bmi calculator

Guys bmi isn’t accurate… especially if your more athletic muscle gain is a lot of the time weight gain I’m 4,9 and 133 pounds bmi says that’s overweight but it’s not because it’s all muscle
