Authorities determined the vehicle actually belonged to a Publix employee who had no connection to the suspect, 37-year-old Justin Allen. Allen was arrested in Ormond-by-the-Sea, Florida, on February 13, and charged with burglary, criminal mischief, drug possession, and possession of burglary tools.
