@courtneys_bites: Crispy Japanese long fries 😍 the crisp is perfection and the taste even better! Full recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: -any potatoes of your choice -1 tsp paprika -1 tsp salt -1 tsp garlic powder -1/2 tsp pepper -6 tbsp cornstarch (you can grab this on amazon) Method: -peel and chop your potatoes and put to boil until nice and soft -leave these to cool for 20 minutes, then add your seasonings and mash up -add in your cornstarch and make sure it’s all fully combined (best if you use your hand) -place some oil in a pan (I used vegetable) and place on a high heat -put half your potatoes on a baking sheet and form into a rectangle shape -cut your fires shapes and the place the carefully into your hot oil until golden and crispy and enjoy! #crispypotato #homemadefries #EasyRecipes #crispyasmr #cookingasmr
