The End is set up like "rings" on Java edition, I'm 99% sure the End rings don't exist on bedrock, I'm guessing the footage used was from a bedrock world.

I believe that the way the Minecraft world works is that , the over world is above the nether but under the end and the nether is close to the earths core and the reason why one block in the nether is worth 8 blocks in the over world is because if you were to move a bit in the core then you would move a lot in the surface and th end is in space and I believe that bedrock is what separates the overworld and nether but th void is what separates the end and overworld
