@dero_de_barista: ☕ Stop ruining your French press coffee. If you love bold, rich, full-bodied coffee, your French press can be your best friend — or your biggest disappointment. Here’s how to brew it like a pro: ✨ 1. Grind matters more than you think Use a coarse, even grind (think sea salt). Too fine = bitter and muddy. Too coarse = weak and sour. Consistency is everything. ⚖️ 2. Get your ratio right Start with a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio. Example: 30g coffee + 450g water. Want it stronger? Try 1:14 for a fuller body. 🌡 3. Temperature is key Ideal water temp: 195–205°F (90–96°C). No thermometer? Boil, then wait 30 seconds before pouring. ⏳ 4. Don’t just steep and hope • Add coffee • Pour half the water & stir • Wait 30 seconds (bloom) • Add remaining water • Steep 4 minutes • Break the crust • Press slowly ⬇️ 5. Press gently — serve immediately Push down slowly (15–20 seconds) and pour right away to avoid bitterness. Master these five steps and your French press will reward you with café-level flavor at home. ☕🔥 Save this for your next brew and tag your coffee partner 👇 #CoffeeLovers #FrenchPress #HomeBarista #CoffeeTips #SpecialtyCoffee

Illicit mockery | Hobby Gamer :
Just put a coffee filter in it, then pour the water ontop of the filter and gently plunge the air out of the grounds before letting it sit.
