@anastasiascookhouse: The Salmon Bowl I Can’t Stop Making (High-Protein Meal Prep) 🍣✨ 🛒 Ingredients (Makes 3 containers): • 1.5 lb (680 g) skinless good quality salmon, cubed 🐟 • 1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce 🥢 • 1 tsp (7 g) honey 🍯 • 1 tsp (5 ml) sesame oil 🫒 • 1 tsp (3 g) garlic powder 🧄 • 1 tsp (2 g) dill powder 🌿 • Black pepper, to taste 🌶 • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil (for pan) 🫒 🛒 Per Container: • 1/2 cup (100 g) cooked rice 🍚 • 0.5 lb (225 g) cooked salmon 🐟 • 1/3 cup (50 g) steamed edamame 🫛 • 1 tsp (5 ml) fresh lemon juice 🍋 • 1 tsp (3 g) sesame seeds 🌾 • 1 seaweed sheet (2–3 g), crushed 🌊 • 1 tbsp (15 g) sriracha 🌶 👩‍🍳 Instructions: 1️⃣ Place cubed salmon in a bowl.
