So Samsung is worried about Apple 🤣 Makes sense. They spent months making videos bashing Apple for removing the headphone jack then did the same thing themself a year later and deleted the videos. Samsung did the same thing when Apple removed the charge plug too.😂😂😂

Samsung is matching the Pixel Fold, not copying Apple. The Samsung Fold suffers from terrible software because they had to mold Android into that form factor themselves without Google's help. If they use the same form factor as Google, they can use the OS the way Google intended and not have to change much

ngl I see why a wider screen but I like the ability to be a phone and then be a big tablet but they need to get rid of the inside camera, never used it and never will.

🤔 how can they copy apple when samsung sells apple the parts to build their phones. samsung is foldable and has been out. wide screen was coming apple just buying it from them.

Makes no sense to make it smaller. So what you have black lines on top and bottom. The extra screen area is way more productive for every single application but movies. Not smart at all.

I have the z fold 7 coming from an iPhone15 PM. I think going to the shorter wider design is smart to match apple but I don't think people realize how much you use the outside screen. it's smart to keep the chocolate bar design. I use my outside screen 80-90% more than the inside. if one handed use was poor this phone would be tough to use day to day. Don't get me wrong I use the inside screen too but for daily tasks like texting the outer screen is superior. I just hope that making it shorter and wider doesn't make it less practical. I love my z-fold and will not be switching back to Apple, especially since this is their first fold.

They are not copying apple, they are just making the same screen for iPhone Fold and decided to cut cost and not make a specific screen for Fold 8 but just use the same screen that they are making for iPhone Fold.
