your losing tension on your kick backs personally i’d apply the full tension on the kick back itself in a bent kickback pose one arm or two completely up to you though over all your content is helpful . your form of kick back you demonstrate is targeting both the triceps and bicep so if it’s intentional fair play might give that one a go tomorrow .
