Homebirth with toddlers around is such a powerful image 🫠 I love how you said they knew exactly what was happening. After my second I didn’t feel fully recovered before my third, and that was hard emotionally. I carried puffiness and fatigue longer than I expected. Then someone in a girls community mentioned Eat Like a Woman protocol written by loren green. I gave it a real shot and wow—30 lbs down, smoother digestion, way less postpartum heaviness. kinda wild how learning to nourish yourself changes the whole chapter.
