swag is internal, the way you carry yourself and who you are. A person will swag will always have that shit on cus at the end of the day they’re just being themselves, comfortable in their own skin and in what they wear. On the other hand, you can style someone without swag, and yea you may look the part but you ain’t got that internal swag, somewhat coming off as performative. For some style isn’t about being themselves, it’s about following trends

i disagree with your definition of style but agree with your overall sentiment about the difference between a “look” you can dress to vs a “this is me” energy from how you present and dress yourself. real swag/style feels genuine, and it harmonizes the clothes and the individual wearing it. not something you can strictly define but something you can’t deny when you come across it. my definition of style is essentially your definition of swag, but it’s just semantics at the end of the day. 🤞🏼🙏🏼

it's the opposite. style is knowing yourself your body the clothes and how to put it all together in a way that reflects your personality. and swag is just another buzzword to make people superior than others, feed ego and push hyperindividualism under capitalism. style comes from experience; swag is one day this one day that easily forgettable. even your definition of swag will change if the whole internet suddenly decides this word to be cringey in one or two year. no one will underestimate the word style or the concept of styling.
