Why would it matter if she took a 5 minute nap if there were other people there? There can't be just one employee running a whole McDonald's while it's busy. That seems illegal and opens up McDonald's to a big lawsuit. How many other stores are running like that?

this is the life for alot of workers notjus the managers ud be surprised how often a crew member gets treated like manager im done working fast food cuz higher ups will work the adults til they got ntn left during covid was the worst of it honestly cuz jus be me n the manger 5 days a week from 7pm til 1am I eventually walked out cuz I found a better job n culdnt take it anymore sending people home when we rlly needed them corp in fast food never care about their employees only the $ coming in

there is no excuse for this manager I don't care what color she is what gender she is to be at work sleeping hanging over on the counter and someone's taking pictures of her catnapping you need to get you some rest if you know that you got to come in or go into a job no excuse😳😁

See that’s when the crew chief is supposed to step up and have the magic go take a break for a minute. The Cruz chief is the head honcho underneath management. They have the authority to put managers and break if they need to if they’re exhausted.
