had this done on one of my trucks a few years back. middle of nowhere. had it rolling the next day. had a wheel seal done at a shop and they forgot to put the jam nut on.

Why not just machine down the journals and install sleeves to bring it back to size

They cut two holes back about 4 inches back from surface and fill the holes with weld too around here
