@Luis714 i feel so bad for the guy in the black sweatshirt because his car go damaged by an ice agents vehicle he can sue the federal government for property damage caused by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, typically by filing an administrative claim under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA). You must file a Standard Form 95 (SF-95) for damages, and if the agency denies it or fails to respond within six months, a lawsuit may be filed in U.S. District Court.
