This is such an odd question but does it like rub against your skin and then it feels like thrush? I can’t seem to find any pads that don’t do it

I dont want to put anyone off their dinner but that's how my pads used to look when I couldnt stop bleeding & I had to live with that daily for almost a year, day & night, before I had to have a hysterectomy due to pre cancerous cells, endometriosis & cysts the size of my uterus..my point is, if anyone is bleeding like this, please PLEASE seek medical advice 🤞
