it happens !! walking on a run is normal and feeling shit after not very long has so many factors, but is also normal .. keep going!! be proud that you’re sticking to the plan and you’re getting out there anyway 🫶🏾🫶🏾 i ran london last year and you’ll go through all the emotions, smash it and push past that frustration :) feeling it all again for paris this year with an injury but i believe in us <3
