be well. Best thing you can ever do in youth football is to run unit drills and position drills atleast 50% of the time. then when you come together in team thud play you have kids prepared for their assignments and the head coach isn't frustrated

6-2 is great but I always ran a nose guard with my best player to disrupt the snap. 5-3 gave me more athletes on the field and better defense vs the TE Pop pass.

what are their steps? which shoulder do they play their gap responsibility on.. how dobtgey challenge and take on trap or power. this isn't a defense at all.
