For the people asking "Whats the point of homelabbing? What do you host?" I have 17 containers and 33 VMs. I'm hosting 50 different things. Some names were crossed out because they have domain names in them and I dont want to get doxxed. I also work in IT so its a great way to learn a new concept hands on in a sandbox environment that I can blow up without breaking production. Granted a lot of stuff is becoming cloud hosted now so on prem isnt as useful, but it still teaches core foundations.

I just set up my own local AI it’s not too bad. I stuck Xubuntu on an old Lenovo so I had more RAM to play with. Using an Ollama, Open WebUI, and Gemma4b combo
