Bradley, buy a piece of land and build your own tiny house on a foundation. Customize it to fit your lifestyle so everything will be new & under warranty. I don't think renovations will be a good fit for you - most really old builds are money pits that you will hate having to keep repairing and replacing. bradley. we live in the same state and have been looking at same time. these places need at least 100-150k worth of work in our price range. you have to really increase your budget if you want something without a laundry list of problems.
