bro I have a short midface but my midface is wide. the short midface is only reason stopping me to ascend it makes my face looks like a 15 year kid , If I had 8mm Long midface I bet I would look like mattia basso I discovered few things like , I do mouth breathing during sleeping, pallate is Lil bit narrow and mandible is not wide I am 18 idk what to do it feels like over for me ( interms of vertical growth of midface the width of pallate can be Manipulated and will go to ent dr to fix mouth breathing during night problem, then will get mse and also mandible expansion surgery where a device is implanted which requires surgery+ device even my chin is recessed 6 mm and I don't have long chin I am 18 , idk if it's over for me I only want longer midface BRUH!letsss see that mse maxillary rotation will help or not
