ALWAYS CONDITIONER!! the mask and gloss does not lock in the moisture! I did only one or the other for years and me hair was horrid! Gloss + conditioner = 🫶🏼 mask + conditioner = 🫶🏼

I just tried the AY method today and my hair looks 70% better. Softer, bouncy and not so stiff. I think I does work and it’s only been one day.🙌🏼

Ladies do this: 1. Go to Claude (choose Sonnet 4.6 Extended) DO NOT use Gemini or Chatgpt. Trust a girl here! 2. Provide photos of your hair (you don’t have to show your face) but one when it’s wet, one naturally dry, and one heat dried. 3. Tell it your hair type, porosity, how oily/sensitive/dandruff your scalp is, how often you wash, does humidity affect it, do you suffer from hair loss and use minoxidil and want growth or length whatever your hair goals and hair type details are, tell it all about your hair. 4. Download all of Abbey’s rec’s she has pinned. Like she has one post with photo slides where she lists all the “Bonding treatments” then shows each bottle she rec’s etc, there should be like 10+ images. 5. Next if you have any chemicals you avoid, or only want “cruelty free,” or want the cheapest options, or the best ones regardless of price put all those specific product requests in. 6. Last tell it to ONLY pick products from the Abbey Yung uploaded product photos you included and generate back 1. a list of the most optimal ones for you based on all the info and photos you have provided, 2. A schedule with directions and steps for how to care for your hair based on what it picked and based on how many times you wash your hair a week, 3. And provide active links to each product for you to purchase. Boom, it’s that easy. I say this because many products she rec’s has percentages on them for acidity etc and not every hair type will respond to the same conditioner based on type, hair concerns and goals.

I got 4 products total and it WORKS after just one use. The dove intense repair conditioner, dove intense repair mask, tresame heat protectant, and the ogx bond protein repair spray. I used them in that order (with clarifying shampoo I already had at home.) I washed my hair two days ago. I woke up with my hair unbrushed and undone… and the first thing my mom comments is how GOOD my hair looks. She said “it looks so smooth and shiney and soft!” We were outside in the Florida humidity and it’s HELD the silkiness - zero frizz. My hair is SO frizzy after having a baby and I swear this has fixed it. I’m blown away. (I was using ALL professional products before this as I’m licensed so I get a discount for professional hair products.)

It will change your life if you keep it consistent. I also have fine thin hair dry bleached hair and have used professional products for years. I used almost all drug store except Bond Pro. 10000/10
