I have that too. It’s actually an allergy. It usually comes out when I get cold. It gets really itchy, but it’s better not to scratch it because it can get worse.

I take Cetirizine (a histamine A blocker) and Famotidine (a histamine B blocker) every day to prevent flare ups. I also have an Rx for Hydroxyzine that I take when I start getting a flare or start rashing.
