Do we think the price will be the same for the 15.0 mg per dose? I mean going from $550 to $650 then back to $550 then $500 when I swapped to vials and now $455 for vials... it would be amazing if that price could go down.

I was one that got hit by the 45-day rule. Over the holidays, Lilly direct kept texting saying they couldn't get ahold of my doc to push the refill. I couldn't justify the extra $100 for no fault of my own.

I have been on Lily Direct for Zepbound vials for nearly a year. I hope that they give the multi dose vials to Zepbound not the pen since they would give more flexibility. I also now hear any changes to Medicare for weight loss is pushed back to July? That will probably go on and on for us in government insurance.

My insurance covered my Wegovy and I could use a coupon to cover all but $25 a month. I turned 65 went on Medicare, which is now my primary insurance, plus I still carry the same commercial insurance, which is now my secondary insurance. I knew Medicare would now cover Wegovy for weight loss, my commercial insurance still covers all but $200 for a month, but since I’m on Medicare is now my primary, I cannot use the Wegovy coupon because of a kick back law that blocks the coupon because it’s associated with a government program. Medicare doesn’t even pay a dime, but it blocks the coupon. You cannot use the coupon for self pay on Trump RX because it’s a government program. The kick back law needs to be re-examined.
