I used to work in a dorm cafeteria and we had a kid who was allergic to milk to the point of needing EpiPens. There is milk/milk powder is actually insane. Like freaking spices?! What do you meeeeeeaaaaan?!

I have a severe rosemary allergy. That shit is so hidden. And I’ve called companies cuz their food just says “spices”. Many companies I loved but can’t use say ‘rosemary’. For a while when I was dating my now fiancé I couldn’t figure out why I was reacting when I was in her home. Her deodorant contained rosemary. I’ve worked in kitchens for 14 years.

Been allergic to dairy my whole life. ive had multiple occasions where i was exposed to it and can tell within minutes. the stories of it i could tell are endless. ive broken out in hives, the whole 9 yards. it is a struggle. i feel for you. glad you were able to get over it!

PLEASE …. 🙏 maybe you can help me. I’ve ONLY been able to eat dark kidney beans for 2 yrs!!!! Well, 2 yrs in March. I have an autoimmune response to anything else. MCAS was the thought but It’s not showing in tests and meds don’t help. How do I start this testing you did .. who is the Dr?

we had my baby tested & he wasnt allergic to dairy/milk proteins, etc. but seems to be extremely intolerant! I want to get him tested again. so he has to have a certain formula. how i noticed was my baby had blood in his poop, etc. a friend's baby kept getting eczema real bad and their baby ended up being allergic. they did the allergy test as well.

Oh wow! I thought I had issues, just because I’ve had reconstructive surgeries on my bladder, bowel and stomach area. I could not figure out why I’ve randomly been sitting there and will just get hives out of nowhere. For me, it started when i turned 30. Everything started switching up on me. My digestive problems are the complete opposite of what they’ve been my entire life, and these hives can pop up on my chest, my arms, my stomach, my legs. Every single time I think I’ve come into contact with latex (I’m allergic) but when I’m laying in my same bed in my same bedroom… Ani, you really be helping a girl out with other options this week. Thank you!

It’s so hard. 2/3 of my kids can’t have any animal milk or they go anaphylactic. Been like that since birth. It’s frustrating when people thing it’s just lactose intolerance 🙃
