disagreements and arguments are not bad things in and of themselves, it's only when you include ego and fighting that they turn bad... the problem is we are not taught to disagree or argue factually, without trying to hurt the other person...

I always say this, if I cannot express my feelings without confrontation then a conversation cannot be had because just because I express the way that I feel, it does not warrant confrontation, just understanding, even if we have to agree to disagree, it's a thought process a lot of people cannot comprehend sadly.
