Fun fact; Kansas once removed all state taxes on the wealthy/businesses to attract more of both to the state, the results? Everything collapsed. Schools, hospitals, police, firefighters, roads, sidewalks, libraries, everything publicly funded practically evaporated overnight. They quickly reversed it, actually raising taxes from where they were initially. TRICKLEDOWN DOES NOT WORK!
