I have macromastia, i want a lift but want like a 800cc saline implant. Is it possible to still have a natural droop with size, but just a bit more lifted? I dont want to change my size i like having big boobs just hate the sag from weight loss. Also I wanna keep my big nips.

So what about in cases of extreme weight loss? I am just stsrting to look into skin removal and a breast lift. I've lost nearly 200 lbs and rhe chest are sad teardrops. Would a lift be recommended here or no?
