I spend $300 a week on a family with two adults and two children so this is a bit ridiculous 🤦🏼♀️

That is actually an insane amount for two adults - I spend $250 a week (we eat whole foods only, very healthy, lots of meat) for two adults and three kids, we also have a dog and two cats

Maybe try a fruit & vege shop? I saw pink lady’s are $9.90per kg in this video but at my local fruit & vege they’re about $3.50-4 per kg

Everyone saying shop at Aldi, it is no cheaper because you still have to shop everywhere else and to be honest majority of there items are so shit , I rather pay an extra $1 for branded items 😅

Buy home brand stuff, cut back on meat and go to a fruit and veg store instead - it'll be so much cheaper! We spend $350 a week for a family of 5.

The precut veges are so expensive! I know it makes life much easier but I highly recommend just buy the whole veg and cutting it yourself. Also try to shop to the sales. Eg: the rice cakes, that brand is yummy but was there another that was on sale you could try instead? Always take advantage of your 2 for 1/ 2 for $X deals where you can!

I start at Aldi and then go to Coles / Woolies (depending on specials) to get stuff Aldi doesn’t sell. It takes more time but I save a lot in the long run.

Can we talk about the balance!!! Love this so much!! More people need to remember to get nutrition from real food like you’ve said but we also need to treat ourselves and not demonise trying new things and treating ourselves each week. Go Girl!!! 💗💗💗💗💗💗

The comments not understanding that a lot of people do a fortnight shop and not a weekly shop is insane not everyone has access to a weekly shop especially people that live rural or get paid fortnightly.

Aldi is the same brand as normal your better off going to a chicken shop to buy your chicken and a butcher to buy your meat fruit and vegs at your green grocer and eggs. You’ll save money most of the pre packaged stuff will go off anyway
