Do you add cleaning solution to it, or it’s just straight water?

I have one love it. With NO shoes in the house keeps the floor cleaner. I bought extra pads and reuse (after washed) for each room and hallway and kitchen area.

Got one in yesterday. I can’t wait to try it today. I did put it together and hook it up. It got steaming hot in less than 1 minute. Seems well made.
