My thinking is mowing just gets you in the door to be able to upsell each mowing client you find . I’m still at 2 person show but I only keep the mowing accounts that I do atleast 1 other service for . If it’s just simply mowing I don’t want it let someone else have it I’ve gotta have something else off each customer and if not they are not my customer. Still trying to figure out how to grow and hopefully one day I’ll be able to not work everyday and just sell jobs

Maintenance scales you, not jobs. Maintenance is reoccurring revenue, the most important thing for a business. Revenue from jobs is great and ads but when you look at all your large landscape companies, such as bright view, majority of their revenue comes from maintenance

Or have 1 crew mowing for you and you do the landscaping

you going to be spending some money on that trailer if you don't put some "stops" on the rear, a lot of load and unloads will overtime mess the frame up and ramps. Just a FYI

2 crews and do both, you step away and grow the business. Projects are profit, maintenance keeps bills paid.

While a machine is great to me that’s just wasting time if you can’t bring it back with the machine. It’ll be faster to use a pitch fork to load the wheel barrel

Multiple crews working for you. Can’t have one without the other if you really want to be steady and grow

Why not just bring pile wood sheets and use the mt instead of wheel barrels saves your back and time

Good thing about mowing is you can count on having the revenue every week for the whole summer. Mulching you have to find new clients

I never shame hard work because I come from it. I was a union electrician, waking up tired, working through stress, and feeling the toll on my body day after day. Back pain, exhaustion, and the fear of how long my body could keep up pushed me to think deeper. I didn’t want my future to depend on physical strength alone. I took a chance on remote online work, stayed consistent, and in 8 months it brought in 450k. Reach out if you’re curious.I’ll put u on

The reoccurring revenue is unmatched from mowing and most leads for jobs come from mowing customers
