This cured mine too. At first i was scared bcoz my vertigo was severe that id rather take meds than to feel the spinning. But the doctor encourage me to do this, she even let me hold on to her😅 best decision.

My vertigo unfortunately is due to a disconnect between my eyes and brain. I went through all that PT for ear crystals to end up at a neurological ENT that confirmed that my vertigo has nothing to do with my ears. I still haven’t found a resolution to my symptoms. 😩
