@foodsfortwo: My new favourite ube matcha in Sydney👀💜🍵 Tried the new menu Ube Matcha from Surry Hills cafe, Jibbi Coffee Roasters, the other day and I’m obsessed!🌟 I love how transparent they are regarding the blend (Okumidori + Saemidori) and that they pre-batch with 5% sugar. Normally I prefer my matcha unsweetened but when it comes with a fun cold foam/cream I don’t mind a little sweet treat😋 this was perfectly balanced with still a rich umami from the matcha shining through!
