I wasn't successful with Install with Options either. Then I downloaded InstallerX (which also uses Shizuku), and surprisingly, it worked perfectly. I was able to install it successfully, and it's very easy to use.

restart the entire app allow install unknown applications (if you haven't) remove some of those unneeded permissions
