If a person ends up on the roof of a vehicle after being run over they are going to have a lot more than a knee injury, the physics of that would require a lot more than a standard vehicle accelerating from a stop would allow.

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE needs to get a "hard wired" front & back camera installed onto their vehicles NOW. They should record on a constant basis. Even if your car is not running. We need to protect ourselves and our neighbors!
