Blowout tutorials for thin hair are gold 😅 the tension + direction makes such a difference. But I learned the hard way that no technique fixes ongoing shedding. I blamed my tools. Then I found Balanced Woman Playbook (by Mira Wells) in an online women’s chat. It focused on resetting digestion and nourishing oils internally. After that, my scalp felt healthier and my strands held volume better. 29 lbs gone too. Feels like confidence comes from inside and out.
