Attending their #BlackHistoryMonth gala remains one of the most exciting moments of my year. Mr. Stedman Graham (aka Mr. Oprah) delivered a speech that was truly relatable, inspiring, educational, and deeply moving. It was incredibly refreshing to hear a male business leader shift the focus from the usual conversations about equity and wealth to themes of love, identity, and being human. I skipped my signature red dress and opted for red highlight framing instead. And this year, @pllnonprofit was included in the event journal!
