In a separate bowl whish together flour, baking powder and salt, add half of the flour mixture into the batter and half of the butter milk then mix, do it once more then add in the sprinkles. Scoop into a lined cupcake tray and bake at 350F for 9-12 minutes. For the frosting, whip together heavy cream, powdered sugar, and the vanilla pudding until stiff peaks, then fold in the green dye, pipe on the frosting and add the green and more rainbow sprinkles, then top on the edible clover #fyp #viral #green #cupcake #mini
