Some are even asking whether they should blend it or not. He clearly said to pluck enough leaves to cover your tummy, then use something to tie them around your stomach. Do this in the morning after your bath and leave it on until evening. In the evening, repeat the process and leave it on until the next day. Continue this routine for 21 days, and your tummy will reduce.
