@_chrisinthekitchen: Hot Honey Cajun Chicken 🤍 An absolute banger for a midweek meal and takes less than 30 mins is make 👏🏼 Serves 2 400g diced chicken breast 1 brown onion 1 tbsp tomato puree 2 minced garlic cloves Fresh parsley 200ml chicken stock 80g light cream cheese 3 tsp Cajun seasoning 1tsp onion granules 1tsp paprika 1tsp garlic granules Salt & pepper 2tbsp hot honey - fry your onion for 5-6 mins then add your diced chicken breast and seasoning and fry for a further 5 mins - add your tomato paste and garlic and cook for another 1-2 mins - add your chicken stock & cream cheese and allow to simmer for 10 mins then your honey & fresh parsley and simmer for further 5 mins until sauce is thickened then serve with your rice & naan! #easymeals #EasyRecipes #dinnerinspo #highproteinmeals #mealideas
