You forgot to mention that you cannot touch the Quran whilst you are on your period I'm not sure if this is allowed but I'm not like I'm pretty sure if you wanted to touch the Quran I think you would have to put on gloves to touch it I'm not sure

Indeed people think we are exempt from fasting or praying because Islam sees us dirty instead it’s completely opposite . It’s for our benefit so that we take rest. Alhamdulillah 🤲
