This makes people don’t want to help everybody because if you help somebody you get sued, what’s the point of helping somebody you getting sued?

no it's not fair, I swear if this is true, if your not a firefighter,ems,or a cop, don't help I guess you will be sued.

I would have lowered that cost by A LOT especially since it was only one small injury that can be fixed. I wouldn't let her go completely free simply to make sure they understand while their heart was in the right place she lacked professional training and thats the biggest factor that plays when it comes to a situation involving another's life. Just call for help and keep an eye on the patient while professionals arrive if your not professionally trained or didn't go through schooling. if she was trained however I would have refused the family out right
