This is me!!! The only thing that helps me is I’ll put music on and just start doing something, whether it’s literally re-brushing my hair, fold some clothes. Organise a draw just do something and you’ll get into a groove and wanna do more. Give it a try next time! But just remember that it’s not just you and you’re not being lazy ❤️❤️

I had a day off yesterday. I wanted to grab a coffee, go for a beach walk, go to the gym and meal prep. What did I do instead? Sat around my house and thought about everything I wanted to do then did none of it. At the end of the day I finally got up and walked on my walking pad, no beach walk, no gym, no meal prepping.

Hi tip here! I have the EXACT same thing buti have found something that genuinely works for me. For example in a situation like this, i would watch videos of people being productive, like vlogs of them doing something productive, video’s of people going to the gym or studying. Even sometimes look up the benefits of the thing i want to do (for example i look up what benifits working out has on my body) and it really gets me motivated to do the thing i wanted to do!
