i had mpfl reconstruction and scar tissue removal surgery both within a year and still don’t have full range of of motion … and sport are painful idk if it was ever worth it

I have a feeling that when I recover I will still sleep in a bed with a lot of pillows, I'm used to having them around me unfortunately 😂🤦♀️🤷♀️
